Public Agency

Committee Goals: 

·         Add new members by year end and maintain list of potential public agency members

·         Call all public agency members (existing/potential)-Send out questionnaire

·         Contact all existing public agency members to determine their comments

·         Set-up and mail out questions to obtain Public Agency imput (see questionnaire)

·         Follow-up Public Agency Members membership fees & when due to ensure all renew membership

·         Have Public Agency input (see questionnaire)

·         Set-up committee with Vice-Chairman and have monthly meetings

·         Set-up & maintain a contact list of Public Agencies to contract for membership

·         Contact 10 potential new members by year end

·         Assign committee members public agency responsibility to call regularly to make sure agency is satisfied

·         Encourage sustaining members to invite Public Agency members to an Event
