We must give HESS a head count by 9:00 AM Monday morning, 3/22/10. Any reservation made after that will have to pay the at door price, which is $5 more per catagory.

Biography
Wayne Giesler is Assistant Manager, Traffic Engineering for Harris County Public Infrastructure Department – Architecture and Engineering. In this role, he supports Harris County in developing recommendations for its transportation infrastructure and has the responsibility for administration of multiple construction and maintenance projects which focus on the Region’s transportation infrastructure. Harris County’s goal is to manage arterials regionally and cost effectively…a large undertaking, given that the projects are spread over 1,700 square miles and support the Region’s four million residents. The County’s projects have improved traffic operations within Harris County by using ITS programs such as the arterial traffic management system, incident notification and response and information sharing with other transportation agencies within the region.
