Request for Statements of Qualifications – Harris County Flood Control District

The Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD or District) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing services in support of the execution of its 2011 Capital Improvement Program, Maintenance Engineering, and Environmental Services activities. The anticipated services range from Surveying and Mapping, Geotechnical Engineering and Materials Testing, Planning and Feasibility Studies, General Civil Design, Environmental Consulting, Stormwater Quality Consulting, and Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning related to the implementation of new HCFCD facilities and repair of existing HCFCD facilities. The Request for SOQ is available for download on the District’s website at www.hcfcd.org/2011SOQ.

A pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for8:00 AM – 10:00 AM, October 20, 2010, at the Houston Engineering and Scientific Society (HESS) located at 5430 Westheimer, Houston, Texas. This meeting is not mandatory; however, registration is required for those who wish to attend. Registration is available online at www.hcfcd.org/2011SOQor by calling 713-684-4114 between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM weekdays on or before October 19, 2010.
